No catch. We’d rather spend 30 minutes learning you’re not ready for AI than have you spend £2,500 on a workshop that won’t help. The call is genuinely diagnostic - we’re working out what you need, not selling you what we’ve got. If AI isn’t right for you yet, we’ll say so.

That’s exactly what the free discovery call is for. We’ll ask about your situation and recommend the right level - or tell you if none of them fit. Sometimes businesses need something different entirely, and we’d rather point you in the right direction than sell you the wrong workshop.

Because our time has to go primarily to businesses we’re actively working with. We limit discovery calls to ensure quality conversations, not rushed box-ticking. If slots are full, you can join the waitlist or book directly into Tier 1 if you’re confident that’s the right starting point.

We can, but we’ve found on-site works significantly better for discovery work. Reading the room, catching the sidebar conversations, seeing how teams actually work together - these matter. Remote is an option if geography makes on-site impossible, but we’ll be honest that you’ll get more value from face-to-face.
